Training

Initial Assessment

An initial assessment session is required for all new clients. Especially for those brand new to physical training.

Duration: 60-90min

Cost: $150.00

​

Session includes:

​

1. Joint by joint range of motion & mobility assessment.

2. Movement screening.

3. Corrective Exercise & mobility prescription based on findings.

4. Go over a game plan for clients goals

5. Video recording of specific exercise for client to take home and perform.

1-on-1 Personal Training

These private sessions last 1 hour each time. These private sessions will be utilized for members that require special needs, attention, or refinement of physical goals or skills. Here you will have the trainers’ undivided attention throughout the entire session.

1 session: $120 ea

2-4 sessions: $110 ea

5-9: sessions: $100 ea

10+ sessions: $90 ea

Workout

Group Training Classes

These Group Training Classes are the heart of what The ZHU training and movement facility is about. These sessions can last 45min-1hr each time. These classes are able to meet each individuals needs and progressions.

Training in a group setting helps build encouragement, motivation, confidence, and accountability. Building a support system can be beneficial for not just our physical goals but also our psychological and cognitive health. Humans thrive when working together.

Here you will get the chance to show confidence, progressive development of movement, and adherence in your training.

2x a week: 8 sessions a month:

3x a week: 12 sessions a month:

ELDOA/Mobility Training

Mobility class is held once a week.

WHEN: Wednesday's

TIME: 830AM & 6PM

Rates:

A la carte drop-in: $35/class

​

4 pack: $120 ($30 each)

10 pack: $250 ($25 each)

Mobility class will emphasize on improving strength and longevity of our joints. Proper joint articulation is the foundation of all human movement. Whether you're a biker, spinner, olympic weight lifter, martial artist, etc. All of your movements require certain prerequisites of our joints. 

​

This class will emphasize on ELDOA, Osteo-Articular warm ups, Myofascial stretching, breath work, and joint mechanics.

Proper training of our joints can help lead to more permanent results in our flexibility and mobility than traditional stretching methods. Lean how to mitigate/prevent injury and improve POSTURE at the same time.

Animal Flow Class

WHEN: Coming Soon

Duration: 1 hour

​

A bodyweight training class that is primarily floor based. Learn a limitless amount of ways to move your body, express mobility, improve body awareness, and strength. 

​

Learn primal movement patterns that help improve all other aspects of training and movement.

Workshops

Here at The ZHU I take pride in helping educate our members and community about fitness, health, and movement. Every few months, there are workshops that can focus on specific topics such as; mobility/flexibility, kettlebell training, Acro Yoga, clubbell training, steel mace training, Animal Flow, etc. The options can almost be endless. 

​

These workshops are also open to non-members of the community to attend. Updates will be posted when one is scheduled!
