Inspire through movement
My name is Andrew Flores and I've grown up in Southern California my whole life. My goal is to educate and inspire others to move well and move often. Through building strength, conditioning, mobility, and resiliency. I specialize with unconventional training tools and body weight training.

Mobility Training
The foundation of human movement comes down to having and owning proper mobility of our joints and body as an integrated system. Primarily ankles, hips, thoracic spine, neck, and shoulders. The better your joints and movement patterns work, the better you become at whatever physical endeavor you wish to aspire to. Having adequate mobility helps with flexibility and strength as well as keeping our bodies healthy for the long run!
Unconventional Training
Tired of the same old machines and traditional exercises everyone else is performing? Then try diving into the clubbell, steel mace, kettlebells, sandbags, and body weight training! These unconventional tools are more realistic to applied real-life strength. Improve grip strength, endurance, mobility, and resiliency with these tools!

Flow
Learn to flow seamlessly using your own body. Using various methods from Animal-Flow, Flow Fit, rolling patterns, and yoga-esque patterns. Improve conditioning, breathing, timing, coordination, mobility, connective tissue resiliency, vestibular system, etc. This is a practice that can compliment any style of training you're already doing. Learn to control your body.

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body. It is the basis of dynamic & intellectual activity.
